Blessings · Sunday
Sunday is the Lord’s day: a day for worship, family and rest before a new week begins. These Sunday blessings, prayers and Bible verses are for church mornings, slow afternoons and the quiet evening before Monday.
Today’s Sunday blessingLord, thank You for this Sunday. Meet us in worship, gather our families around Your goodness, and send us into the new week rested, renewed and full of hope.

My Sunday reset
Sunday is my reset for body and soul: church in the morning, a long family lunch, and in the evening a quiet hour to plan the week, lay out my Monday outfit and pray over every day on the calendar. That last part is my favorite. By the time Monday comes, the whole week has already been placed in God’s hands.
